Tenley Marshall Escoffery, MFA is a RYT 500 & RCYT registered Yoga Alliance teacher and an artist educator dedicated to sharing the magic of creativity and imagination through art, nature, and yoga.

Her yoga practice began as a compliment to her work as a K-12 Arts Educator.

Tenley incorporates and connects her visual arts training to the rhythmic flow of our breath, to the movement of our body, to the calming of our mind, to the connection of our heart and tapping into our creative spirit.

FitChick CPR teaches the most up-to-date techniques and the classes are designed to be informative and fun for the participants. Randi Colton, founder of FitChick CPR, took an interest in learning CPR her junior year of high school. She has over 30-years of experience in CPR and First Aid training and has been teaching various CPR and First Aid courses for a decade.
