Noreen is an Associate Broker and the Team Leader for the Sterling Properties Team at EXP Realty, assisting her clients with their real estate needs for over 17 years. She holds certifications and designations to ensure that she brings the highest level of skill and experience to serve her clients.  She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, a member of the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist) designations.

Born in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and raising her family in Rockland County since 1995. Laura is a Real Estate Salesperson licensed in both New York and New Jersey, serving All of Rockland, Orange and Bergen counties and also offering a Worldwide Referral Service. Previously, Laura worked for many years as a broker in the reinsurance industry for Marsh & McLennan Cos. in New York and Sedgwick Group in London. Laura has been active in community service through many organizations including the Don Bosco Prep Mother's Guild, Suffern Junior Woman's Club, Girl Scouts of America and Cherry Lane Elementary School PTA. Laura has a proven track record of fiduciary trust in both her career and as a local community volunteer. She currently serves as Community Service Chairperson for the Suffern Junior Woman's Club.
